Buckle up for the wild ride on the 100th episode from the Jam Bunker.
Author Alysia Sawchyn and Brad go on a wild journey from Eastern Europe to Florida to the psych ward to graduate school and on to Alysia’s debut book, A Fish Growing Lungs, a series of “linked essays that reflect on Sawchyn’s (bi polar) diagnosis and its unraveling, the process of withdrawal and recovery, and the search for identity.”
Along the way, they talked about serendipity, travel, trauma, and how in the hell they shared a building for three years but never met!
