There are times you meet somebody and you instantly recognize each other. That happened with Brad and author Sarah Kasbeer, whose book A Woman, A Plan, and Outline of a Man came out in October.
The two writers covered a wide ranging of topics (obviously), but most importantly they discussed the aftermath of trauma, mental health, and the importance of healing those past hurts.
Plus, lots of sports. Seriously. It’ll all make sense when you listen.
